Cancelling Your Subscription

 

 

Because we use Paypal to manage our subscription payments, the easiest way to cancel your subscription is via Paypal. Once they send information to us that you have canceled your subscription, our system will automatically update itself.

1. Find Subscription Payment or Creation

The first step is to find either your latest subscription payment, or your subscription creation entry in paypal. For most people, finding the latest payment is much easier than finding the creation entry.

If you find the subscription creation entry, go to step 3. below. If you can only find the latest payment, go to step 2.

2. Access Subscription Details

If you only found the last payment item, click the details link to see the transaction details screen (below) then click on the reference link at the very top to edit your subscription.

3. Cancel Subscription

Once you are viewing the subscription details, click the cancel subscription button at the bottom of the screen and then confirm the cancellation on the following screen. That's it, you are done! Thanks for joining us and we hope to see you again.
