The 2014 Internet of Things Forum, hosted by BLN, is coming up in Cambridge, U.K., in April -- and the call just went out for underexposed IoT businesses who want the chance to present their great idea.
The goal is “to promote some diversity and highlight some unsung heroes,” BLN wrote in a blog post.
Anyone registering for the conference can submit their company for consideration. Twelve of the most promising will be given five minutes each to deliver a pitch to the audience of IoT bigwigs, investors, and trend-setters.
One of the companies selected to pitch at last year’s forum was ThingWorx, for which the exposure paid off in a $112 million acquisition in December. All of the 2013 pitches can be viewed online.
