Nordkapp is a group of experienced designers, strategists and technologists with a variety of backgrounds ranging from design to architecture, engineering, and ethnographic research. Nordkapp was founded by five designers in 2007, and is still 100% owned by the original founders and the working staff.
Nordkapp has a turnover of 1 M€ and employs 14 designers and consultants. We design and innovate strategies, concepts, products and services. We design for the web, for various mobile platforms including iOS (iPhone, iPad), Windows Phone and Android, and for emerging technology such as urban informatics, sensors and NFC.
A designer at Nordkapp has in average more than 11 years of experience. Our staff are inventors in tens of patents on interaction design for mobile devices and web services. They are internationally recognized professionals engaged in speaking at conferences such as Cognitive Cities and Playful UK.
